Leaders Club Review
Thanks to a great website, Blogjob, I recently discovered a direct sales company that I previously had no knowledge about. Having worked for several different companies throughout the years, I’ve at least researched the majority. So, whenever I come upon a new one, or one that I’ve just never heard of before, I always get curious. Leaders Club, has actually been in existence for about 20 years and offers somewhat of a different product and service than you normally see in network marketing. The company sells training and quality leads to network marketers and also has a network marketing program as well.
The Awesomeness
Since the company has been around for some years; their product has been refined and are proven methods of marketing. Additionally, since the company is pretty low-key about it, and about their resale program, there isn’t a saturated market; this leads to a lot of recruiting potential.
Direct Sales is a multi-million dollar industry with over 16 million people selling for their respected businesses. If you go to Direct Selling411, Direct Sales Aid or other direct sales directories, you’ll notice hundreds of different organizations that use the network marketing model.
However, what you won’t see very much of around the Internet, is a company that actually trains people on the ins-and-outs of network marketing. And just to refine that a little more, you won’t find another training company which also uses a network marketing model to promote their business; the very thing that the company trains on.
The products and services are one of the things that I truly like about the company. When you sign up, you receive the company’s flagship training, and so does your down line when they sign up. There aren’t any levels of training that you must buy, so everyone gets the same training for a low price. There are different subscriptions that you can buy, but they are based on using the company’s quality MLM leads.
Since the product is the training and various training material, you are already in a position to succeed. All you have to do is follow the advice, tips and information that are being presented, and you can’t fail. This helps reduce the issue of not being properly educated to be successful in direct sales.
The employees are very responsive, as I tested them on that before I even signed up. Knowing the correct questions to ask comes with experience, but everything that I threw at them was clearly answered and in a timely fashion. In fact, everyone has their own personal service advisor when they sign up.
You may find it a bit confusing in the beginning because Leaders Club doesn’t distinguish between the recruiting part of the business and its services. More so, if you sell a subscription to a fellow network marketer, then they can use the service and get the training, and can also resell the service through network marketing for an additional income stream. The same is true if you recruit someone to your down line; they can also use the service to take advantage of the training. This is ideal if you want duplication in your down line.
The nice thing is you only have to focus on one thing, if you want. If you recruit someone to your down line, you get paid a 20 percent commission based on their subscription. This commission goes up as you recruit more. If you don’t recruit at all and only focus on selling the training subscription, then you get the same commissions. It’s all the same subscription, and everyone is added to your organization whether you recruit them to your business or sign them up as a customer. The mere difference is that some will purely use the subscription for the training, and some will use it as their network market business.
The Woefulness
Honestly, there isn’t really much that I have found to be bad about the company. You’ll notice the quality of the material and information right away, upon signing up. They have a 90 Day Individualized Success Plan that is catered for each person based on a series of questions that you must answer. The one thing that may be a turn off for some people is a monthly subscription to use the service and stay on board as a consultant.
However, in perspective, the cost to stay on board as an active consultant is really low compared to other Network Marketing companies. The lowest subscription is only $29 a month. Other companies require that you have a certain personal volume sold every few months to stay active. The amount normally comes out to more than the cost of a Leaders Club subscription.
There are no start-up kits and the only cost to join besides your first month membership is a $10 setup fee. Furthermore, this type of training would cost upwards of 8 thousand dollars if an employer were to send one of it’s employees, or if you were to find a training program elsewhere on the Internet. So, it’s more than fair if you put it in perspective. All the services and products are reasonably priced compared to the going market rates.
The Conclusion
Leaders Club uses a unique business model, which works out very well in its implementation. If you have a network marketing business, then you will want to get the training. Knowing the long kept secrets of the industries and getting useful information will help you grow your business. If you are looking for an excellent home-based opportunity to work, then this one is very worth your time. You get the same high-quality training and information that you are selling to your customers, and you’ll be ahead of the game.
