With the new fall television season now upon us, I figured that it would be a good time to start looking for new shows to try to get into. Besides, there comes a point when you feel like you’ve already watched everything that interests you on Netflix. While flipping through the channels with my fiance, I came across the show “The Voice.” I had never watched it before. It’s the show where the singer begins to audition, and the judges can’t see the contestant, they can only hear their voices.
Then it hit me! One of the judges made a comment about a girl that he was sure that her performance was great, but the only thing that he had to go on was her voice. He stated that she seemed to lack something in herself, that was coming across in her singing, which is what the judges heard. The lack of passion.
One of the things that you should be doing, when deciding to make a start in Network Marketing, is research. Among the things to look for is, what kind of product do you want to sell. Furthermore, that will normally prompt you to start to look at certain companies that offer the product that you want to sell.
The important thing here, and more so, one of the main points of this whole article, is to find a company that you would be proud to offer their products. This is nothing new when it comes to Sales, as a profession, but if you can’t stand behind your product, then how can you be successful selling it.
Being passionate about your product and opportunity will come across during your pitches, and in your writing. If you don’t trust your product or Direct Sales company, then how can you be passionate?
In your Network Marketing company, you will have your ups and downs. There will be periods where everything seems to be clicking on all cylinders, and there will be periods where you feel like you just want to give up. Having the proper motivation will go a long way, in powering you through the lows. The more passionate that you are about your business, the easier it will be staying motivated.
Additionally, when you’re passionate about your business, then you can rub off on your down line, and help your recruits to be passionate about theirs. Besides, helping your down line stay motivated, is one of your jobs.
There should always be something to be excited about, when it comes to your business. When I see individuals who have a passion for health and fitness, selling vitamins or health product, then I know the potential for success is there.
Furthermore, wouldn’t you be more inclined to buy a weight loss wrap from someone who is excited, because they use it, and swear by it? Just one example of how having passion, can come across to your potential customers or prospects.
Also, I think this plays out in more areas of life, than just in Network Marketing. From musicians, and entrepreneurs, to pro athletes, everyone initially gets into their associated professions because of one thing. They have a passion for what they are doing! And, when you have that, then everything is fun, and doesn’t feel like work.
This especially plays a role in this business, however. Your success, depends on how much you can network with other people. You can go about it without motivation or enthusiasm, but you will not last very long. If you are excited, and are passionate about what you are doing, then other people will want to join in on the fun as well. Case and point, I dare you to go to a Direct Sales company seminar, or meeting, and see if you don’t get as excited as everyone else.
