It should be no secret by now that the most successful Network Marketers all have used the power of the Internet to help grow their businesses. That’s not to say that you can’t have success in Network Marketing by strictly using offline methods, but with the added convenience of having some of the best tools available online, then it makes sense to at least do some of your marketing online.
I’m aware that there are some Direct Sales companies that don’t allow their Marketers to market their business online. So, what option do these Marketers have when it comes to being able to harness the power of the Internet?
Here’s where the sleeping giant enters the room and proclaims his importance for your MLM business. He goes simply by the name of the Blog.
In today’s world where the Network Marketing industry has taken to the Internet like never before, it benefits you to have a blog, even if your Direct Sales company doesn’t forbid you from marketing online.
Direct Sales companies like Empower Network at least have it right from the aspect of creating an online business by making a blog. But you don’t have to be a member of a blog network to enjoy the benefits of running a blog.
Online Presence
As I stated earlier, a blog is the best answer for those marketers that want to promote their business online, but are restricted from doing so from their Direct Sales company. You can use your blog to be an expert at whatever your MLM business is. If you promote a health care product, then create a health care blog and write articles about the benefits that your product has on people’s health.
You could have some links to contact you to inquire about ordering or joining your business opportunity.
Extending Your Online Presence
The beautiful thing about a blog, is that even if your Direct Sales company allows you to market online and gives you a website, you can still run a blog. What a blog does is extend your online presence past the website that is given to you by your company.
So, why should you have a blog if you already have a website?
Well, for starters, the website that your company gives you is the same website that they give to the thousands of other marketers within your company. If you want to stand out, then the best way to do it is to brand yourself, and establish your own identity. You can have your own voice and market your product in your terms.
However, the benefits don’t stop there. To reach your highest earning potential, then you have to have a way for people to connect with you online. To maximize your revenue, it’s wise to have multiple streams of income.
You can have your primary business that you promote, and also make money through being an affiliate for your favorite online tools and companies. This could be as simple a placing banners, or writing articles with links, on your site.
You could also promote relevant products that people would pay for one time, as an alternative to them buying your primary product.
None of this would be possible, if you didn’t have a blog.
The best benefit of having a blog, however, is that it can literally expand your reach and put your products and opportunity in front or more people. You may have a great website from your Direct Sales company, but how about getting it ranked? If you do succeed in getting your site on the first couple pages of Google, then you still have to compete with your company's main business site.
With a blog, you can do on page SEO, and off page SEO, to get your blog ranked to appear at the top of the Google SERP’s. This puts you in the best position to really be able to start making money, and separate yourself from the other marketers in your Direct Sales company.
Get Started Today
If you don’t know where to get started, then I would recommend connecting with the best Internet Marketing training program on the web today. Learn everything you would learn with the more expensive training programs out there.
If writing articles just isn’t your thing, then either hire a freelance writer, or run a video or Blogcast blog. It’s definitely takes some work, but the payoffs are well worth the effort in the end.
